Your logo has to be rebuilt before it can be stitched
A logo designed for a screen cannot go straight onto a shirt.
First it has to be digitized. Every stitch gets mapped — direction, density, and the order they run in. Fine details get rebuilt. Small text often has to be redrawn to stay legible in thread. Colors get matched to actual thread rather than to a hex code.
None of this is visible in the finished product, which is the point.
Done poorly, a logo puckers, distorts, or wears out before the shirt does. Done well, it looks the same on shirt number 500 as it did on shirt number one.
Arizona Uniform handles custom embroidery in-house, which means the people setting up your logo are the same people standing behind how it looks a year later.
