Hi there fellow archaeology enthusiasts! MCA is currently in the process of looking for some cool folks to join our small but dynamic team. We're on the lookout for field crew, including Field Technicians, a Crew Chief, and a Field Director. Ideally, we'd love to connect with people residing in Arizona as we service the greater Southwest region, primarily in AZ.
MCA is a small company based in Tucson, AZ, with pedestrian surveys being the bulk of our operations. We have recently kicked off a big project with individual project areas located throughout AZ. This is a long-term project. We currently have multiple crews in the field full-time. This will continue for the foreseeable future.
We're interested in seasonal/project-based hourly crew members as well as long-term hires with the ability to travel out of town, Mon through Thur and/or Tue through Fri each week.
Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience. Single occupancy hotels are booked and paid for by MCA. We follow the standard GSA per diem rates in AZ. Travel time is compensated depending on your proximity to Tucson and the project area. MCA vehicles will be provided for anyone originating from Tucson, AZ, and all travel time is compensated between the office and the project area (to/from).
Field crew pay range: $23 to $30 per hour.
