Full Moon in Leo 13° 2/01/26

On Monday 1/26, the outer planet Neptune ingressed into Aries, where it will remain until 2039.

Neptune takes roughly 164 years to orbit the Sun and spends about 13–14 years in each sign. The last time Neptune was in Aries was during the Civil War. We are entering a new era.

New Moon in Leo! ✨

Shine your light!! ✨

Ok, so full disclosure - as most of you know I have the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, all in Leo close to my DC. Additionally, the Sun is my final dispositor. So this New Moon in Leo feels extra juicy for me and I’m feeling the shine!

One non- negotiable in my life is living with intention, integrity, courage, and shining my authentic individuality unapologetically. I do this to model the way for others. To invite them to feel inspired to do the same.

We have one human experience and I believe we should live the life of our dreams and express ourselves honestly and authentically to manifest and pull in the people, places, things that are in true alignment with ourselves.

This New Moon is about planting the seeds to step into the power of your individuality unapologetically and with courage. We are all here at this moment in time for a reason and we are all being called to shine our brightest light. Even and especially if it’s different from everyone else. Simply be you! Full Moon in Capricorn 29°

This is the second Full Moon in Capricorn this year. The first one happened last month on June 21, 2024 at 1° Capricorn. Today’s Full Moon happens at 29° Capricorn.

29° is the very last degree of a sign and is called anaretic degree (or critical degree), in astrology. When I first stated learning / practicing astrology, the anaretic degree was one of my first obsessions. I was fascinated and read everything I could about it and tracked my chart for lived experience. My MC / IC are 29°.

The anaretic degree can be very powerful and a lot of times there is a sense of urgency surrounding this degree. It can feel like something is coming to a culmination and is ready to transform. This can be a sensitive point that may feel challenging, yet it is backed by determination to achieve mastery. Because this Full Moon is in Capricorn we are looking. At themes of structures, government, foundations, society and even personal goals / commitments. This Full Moon invites us to prioritize composting what is outdated and no longer for us.

This lunation is at the same degree Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto were positioning in December 2020 when we experienced the pandemic. During that time we experienced huge endings and transformation within our society. I believe this lunation has a similar power to it, ushering in change and transforming our structures in major ways. This lunation is conjunct Pluto.

On a personal level, make a commitment and decision today to release and let go of anything that gets in the way of your long term goals and commitments. On a societal level, this lunation has the potential of bringing in the beginning of a new chapter.

The New Moon in Cancer yesterday offers us the energy of nurturing, support, compassion, and empathy. I don’t know about you all but I’ve been nurturing myself pretty hard since yesterday evening.

🌑I prioritized sleep
🌑Had a really good workout to reset and release energy in my body and emotions
🌑Infrared sweat for 50 minutes
🌑Dry Brushed for my lymphatic system
🌑Took a freezing cold luxurious shower
🌑Put on my most comfortable clothes
🌑Ate delicious, nutrient dense foods
🌑Loved on the people I love

This is what I do to nurture myself because it feels good to me. When I support and care for myself first, I have the capacity to show up for the people I love and my community.

Empathy is the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another. When I can pause and
show up for myself with aligned actions of empathy, I can then do so for others.
You cannot pour from an empty cup.

How do you nurture yourself? How to you fill your cup and create a sense of love for yourself before showing up for others? With this New Moon trine Saturn and with Venus in the mix, it’s a beautiful time to start creating routines and practices of self love.
