Last week, BNI Spring Training brought together chapter coaches to share powerful insights on how to reach more clients, showcase our expertise, and grow our businesses with intention.

One standout moment came from Robb Sikes of Pivot 360 Integrative Coaching (Rainbow Connections), who dove into something many of us wrestle with—pricing.

Because pricing isn’t just about market trends, spreadsheets, or what everyone else is charging. It’s about mindset.

Robb reminded us that there’s a psychology behind pricing your services—one that asks us to look inward. Are we making decisions from confidence… or from scarcity? Are we valuing the transformation we provide, or discounting ourselves before we even begin?

Pricing with success and growth in mind means owning your worth, trusting your expertise, and stepping into the value you bring. Because when you believe in your value, your clients will too.
