Keeping with Chris's snack idea, let's "shake up" a traditional snack mix!

Italian Chex (tm) Mix

4 cups Rice Chex (tm) or Corn Chex (tm)
1/4 cup salted soy "nuts"
2 Tbs Roasted Garlic, Italian Herb or any of our Parmesan Olive
Oils
4 tsp Traditional Dark or Garlic Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
5 cups popped 94% fat-free butter flavored microwave popcorn
3 Tbs shredded or grated Parmesan Cheese

In a large microwavable bowl, mix cereal and soy nuts
In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring to coat. Stir in popcorn until well mixed.
Microwave uncovered on high for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave 1 minute longer, thoroughly stirring after 30 seconds. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Cereal will crisp as it cools. Store in an airtight container.
