• 12+ years of marketing support: updating websites, managing Facebook groups up to 19,000 members and more
• Nearly 4 years as a Customer Service Specialist for an online meal planning SaaS company

Include these 3 things if you want to plan better for 2025:
1️⃣ Business Foundations: vision, mission, values, etc, so you set aligned goals
2️⃣ Business Audit: Get a little more granular about the stats so you set realistic goals that get results and reduce burnout.
3️⃣ Goals, Prioritization & Project List: Ditch feeling aimless or wondering what to work on to actually achieve your goals! With prioritized goals and a quarterly project list, you have a better shot at achieving the goals that matter most.

1️⃣ Write/revise your vision, mission, values, etc, so the goals you set are in alignment.
2️⃣ Audit the business so you have the info to set realistic goals that get results and reduce burnout.
3️⃣ Set prioritized goals. Then, create a quarterly project list so you know what to work on to achieve your goals.
