CD Construction & Design Solutions LLC is looking to add a hardworking hand to our crew. We're a civil and earthwork contractor working ODOT and commercial sitework across northeastern Oklahoma.
What you'd be doing:
Mostly labor — but this isn't a one-trick job. You'll get your hands on a little bit of everything: some concrete work, some asphalt, and some equipment operating for the right person who shows they can run it. If you want to learn the trade and move up, the opportunity is here.
Pay: $18–$21/hr depending on experience
What we're looking for:
✅ Valid driver's license — required
✅ Reliable and shows up ready to work
✅ Willing to learn and take direction
✅ Not afraid of hard work or long days
✅ Able to travel — some out-of-town work involved
✅ Some construction experience helpful but not required — we'll train the right attitude

Our crew knocked out asphalt patches in Shawnee today under traffic conditions. No issues, stayed moving all day, and got it done right. Proud of the crew.

Did you know? Fresh asphalt is installed at around 300°F before it’s compacted and finished… which makes for a pretty hot day for the crew. 🔥

Our guys just knocked out 600 ft of asphalt patch over a utility ditch in Tulsa, Oklahoma and got it cleaned up and back in shape.

Duties will vary depending on the project. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a solid team.
