HELP US CONGRATULATE BEKI ON 10 YEARS WITH RAMBO 🥳🦋🏆⭐️
Beki began her career with us a bit by accident—but definitely a happy one.
We had originally hired someone else for the role, and when things didn’t quite align, we opened it back up. Beki applied, and the rest is history. As it turns out, our old office was right next door to a place where she had helped a relative run a business, so she stepped into familiar surroundings from day one. Her customer service experience translated naturally, and she quickly proved to be a perfect fit.
Back in 2016, our prize wheel was brand new—used to reward employees during our monthly All Hands meetings. There was one small slice for a $500 prize, and Beki was the first to hit it. She’s landed on big prizes a few times since, but luck isn’t what defines her. Grit and inner joy do. Her grit helps her push through challenges and find a path forward, while her joy is contagious—lifting those around her.
A number of years ago, during a challenging season, we had a conversation about butterflies. As bug nerds, we talked about complete metamorphosis—from egg, to caterpillar, to pupa, to butterfly. Beki embraced that idea of transformation, and it stuck. Today, butterflies are part of her everyday life—from jewelry to desk décor to clothing.
