For apartment or house DETAIL cleaning I charge 70 for an efficiency, 95 for 1 bedroom, 135 for 2 bedroom and 175 for 3 bedroom which includes
*Sweep vacume and mops all floors
*Clean all toilets sinks showers and tubs
*Clean stove inside and out
* Clean fridge inside and out
*Wipe down all tables and countertops
*Dust ceiling fans, high ceilings,
*Dust light fixtures
*Clean windows and window seals
For apartment or house BASIC cleaning I charge 40 for an efficiency, 60 for 1 bedroom, 90 for 2 bedroom and 110 for 3 bedroom which includes
*Sweep vacume and mop all floors
*Clean all sinks toilets showers and tubs
*Clean top of stove
*Wipe down all tables and countertops
