We are looking for a specific kind of person.
We run a private coaching community for home inspection business owners. Not a course or a webinar funnel. A real peer advisory groups of 12 to 20 entrepreneurs in the same stage of growth meet regularly, challenge each other, and build together.
We have an amazing team of coaches, each dedicated to one of our groups, and we're seeking a new coach for one of the most prestigious groups of companies generating around $1m in revenue.
The right person might not have a home inspection background (although that would be amazing). What matters more:
→ You've coached or facilitated peer groups of business owners before (Vistage, EOS, mastermind groups)
→ You understand the challenges of scaling a service business from owner-operator to true CEO
→ You're sharp on financial management, leadership development, and accountability
→ You bring energy and presence to a room. These owners have been at it for years. They don't need theory. They need someone who can challenge them.
→ You understand the economics of service businesses. Experience in adjacent trades is a plus.
This isn't a corporate gig. It's a contract coaching role with a company that takes its community seriously. Our coaches attend events, run group calls and masterminds, do 1:1s, and become part of the fabric of the program.
