We want to remind everyone that if you know you are done with your RV for the year, it is very important to make sure it’s winterized properly. Also to have the roof installed and make sure it’s good to go through another season of rain and snow. These 2 things are crucial for helping maintain your RV, and to avoid any damages. Good morning RV family. Freeze warning got called off, to those that have not had their RV winterized this is a great news. If you are done with your RV for the year and are worried with temperatures dropping, remember to keep your furnace running for now until you can get it winterized. If we do get a consistent 4-6 hours of freezing temperatures that’s where the RV may have potential to freeze up. We are still winterizing RVs… feel free to give us a call to (541) 371-0497.

There is still some nice weather left to get your RV roof taken care of before winter hits. Resealing/Re-coating your roof is the first step to help prevent water damage that may occur from rain and snow build up. A new roof can last between 15-20 years so it’s definitely worth investing in.

Good morning RV family remember to keep your propanes wrapped and warm. Propane is stored within the tank as a liquid, which is then released through a valve as gas. However, when temperatures drop too low, the propane no longer has the ability to convert into its gaseous form. This can lead to furnaces and stoves to not work properly.

Hey RV family, just a heads up we will be having some freezing temps for multiple days, predicting sub zero temperatures starting Friday January 12. PLEASE, PLEASE let’s get all furnaces checked, all water spouts insulated, propane tanks filled, and most importantly HAVE BACK UP ELECTRICAL HEATERS
