Safety is more than a program. It's a mindset.
To wrap up , we hosted a STOP Work Authority Day that brought employees together to reinforce the importance of recognizing hazards, assessing risks, and making safe decisions. The day included safety discussions, mindfulness and breathing exercises, team engagement activities, raffles, and recognition of employees whose Good Catch submissions helped identify potential hazards before incidents could occur. Employees proudly wore their STOP Work Authority shirts and badges, demonstrating their commitment to speaking up, looking out for one another, and taking action when something doesn't seem right.
We are proud of our team's dedication to safety and their ongoing efforts to strengthen our safety culture every day.
