We're excited to welcome Spark! Acadiana as a new client of Adavie Consulting, LLC!

Spark! Acadiana is working with schools and community partners to improve student outcomes through innovative physical activity programming, technology, and data-driven accountability systems. Their work focuses on helping students become healthier, more engaged, and better prepared to learn.

Over the coming months, Adavie Consulting will be supporting Spark! Acadiana's fundraising and development efforts as they continue expanding their impact throughout the Acadiana region.

One of the best parts of this work is partnering with organizations that are tackling complex challenges with creative, evidence-informed solutions. We're looking forward to supporting Spark! 🏳️‍🌈 Pride Month is often associated with visibility. But visibility and safety are not the same thing.

For many LGBTQ+ employees, being "out" at work still involves weighing risks, reading signals, and deciding what feels safe to share.

Creating inclusive workplaces requires more than statements of support. It requires policies, practices, leadership, and culture that allow people to show up authentically without fear of negative consequences.

And that's a wrap!

Adavie Consulting, LLC has completed our first year, and we are so proud of what we've accomplished.

When we started, we had a logo, a website, a handful of ideas, and a lot of hope. Over the past year, we've had the privilege of supporting nonprofits, schools, community organizations, and job seekers through consulting, coaching, training, grant writing, strategic planning, and evaluation.

These numbers don't capture every conversation, challenge, lesson learned, or relationship built, but they do offer a glimpse into what Year One looked like!
