💡 Workshop Recap: Personal Branding & Networking 💡

Last week, Meg Corwin led a workshop focused on Personal Branding and Networking with job seekers at OhioMeansJobs Cincinnati - Hamilton County . Two key takeaways we emphasized:

• Your personal brand already exists: it’s how people describe you when you’re not in the room. The goal is to refine it, not invent it.
• Networking isn’t about being “salesy.” It’s about building authentic relationships that support your goals, one conversation at a time.

Participants explored how to articulate their story, approach networking with confidence (even as introverts), and use LinkedIn intentionally as part of their job search.
