Wire shelving gets a bad rap….but sometimes what you already have is enough!

If the system you already have functions well, replacing it just for the sake of replacing it may not be the best solution.

Here, we worked with the existing closet, gave everything a place and let consistency do the heavy lifting.
The result? A closet that feels polished, intentional, and beautifully functional.

Before replacing something in your home, always ask: Is it actually the problem?

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you don’t have enough storage…It’s that you can’t get to it!

This pantry had wonderfully deep shelves, but things were constantly disappearing into the back and forgotten.

Instead of fighting the depth, we used it. We chose bins that could sit two deep and be easily pulled out, so categories could extend all the way to the back without anything becoming inaccessible.

More storage isn’t always the answer. Sometimes it’s simply figuring out how to make the storage you already have work better.

It’s been a little quiet around here lately.

Life and business have both been shifting a bit behind the scenes, and I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want to share here going forward.

Sorted 30A started with organizing homes, but what I’ve always loved most is figuring out how a home can work better for the people who live there…solving the little problems, making better use of the space and making it beautiful along the way.

So you’ll still see plenty of organizing here, but probably a little more of me, more of the homes and spaces I love, and more of life here on 30A too.

Summer looked a little different this year.

We were soaking up every minute with our oldest before sending him off to college…from riding camels in Morocco to roller coasters in Orlando, enjoying lake weekends and slow beach days, we made every moment count.

I’ve been pretty quiet here while we enjoyed it all, but now we’re settling into a new season, quite literally.

I’m excited to start sharing again - beautiful organized spaces, life along 30A, and maybe even a little of what’s next.

Here’s to new seasons, new adventures, and whatever comes next!
