Most boats sink at the dock—not underway.

This 10+ year-old raw water pump housing on a 59’ Sea Ray nearly caused a total loss. We were originally called out because the VacuFlush head wasn’t working, but when we arrived, we found the boat taking on water. To make matters worse, two bilge pumps and two float switches had failed.

A Siren 3 Pro Vessel Monitoring System could have alerted the owner long before the water reached this point, potentially preventing thousands of dollars in damage—or even the loss of the boat.

The ironic part? The guy owns an insurance agency…. Imagine how that would have played out..
