Sometimes loving yourself means setting boundaries, choosing peace, walking away from what continually hurts you, resting without guilt, and refusing to abandon yourself just to keep others comfortable.

You can love others deeply without losing yourself in the process.

It’s time to love yourself.

Mental Health Awareness

If you are friends with me, you should be aware of my sentiments regarding Veterans so I am bringing it up. I am fairly confident that I already know two individuals who will assist, but I am hopeful that I will receive more responses, as this is a pressing concern.
Twenty-two Veterans succumb to their struggles daily. May I request that two friends or family members copy and repost this message?
