Last night’s storms caused significant damage across Abilene and the Big Country. Homes, businesses, churches, and other properties throughout our community have been affected by high winds, heavy rain, and lightning.
As everyone begins assessing the damage today, we want our community to understand something important:
Stopping the source of the water is only the first step.
Water can travel into insulation, ceilings, walls, flooring, and other areas you may not be able to see. The same is true following a lightning strike or fire—smoke, soot, water, and other damage may still need to be properly addressed after the immediate danger has passed.
Simply repairing what you can see does not always address the damage you can’t see. Fast response and proper mitigation matter.
If your home, business, church, or other property was affected by last night’s storms, Air Care Restoration is here to help.
And if you’re unsure what to do next, call us. Even if all you need is someone to answer your questions and help you understand the next steps, we’re here.
Our community has been through a lot. We’re here to help take care of it.
Please share this with your friends, family, and neighbors so those affected know help is available and understand the importance of addressing water and fire damage quickly and properly.
