Little relaxation time after getting cleaned up from the we had a great weekend, finishing 1st in 1600 and second in class 10. Huge shoutout to all the friends and family that came out to support us.

My son Tanner finally got his computer, and was able to start editing pictures from the . Huge thank you to for dragging him around all day. I have to say for 12 years old I think he did a great job. He is looking to sell some of his pictures (to pay me back for the computer, lol), so if you have some requests, he has over 1800 pictures from the weekend, let me know or message him.

Huge shout out to Mike . He built us an awesome transmission, helped with some carb parts, and came up to tune my carb on Thursday before the race. If you don't know my buddy Mike, he is the guy you want in your corner. He rebuilt my transmission, but took a personal interest in every aspect of my car to make sure I was ready to go. Huge shout out to the best wheel and tire combo in the business. The took everything I could throw at them. This is the same setup we ran at the slash x dual in the desert too. So that's 350 miles of torture and no flats. As you can see, I tried my hardest to smash up that front wheel. 😉 Have to thank .clerici and for all the support this last year and into 2022.

What a crazy weekend! We were able to get about 2½ laps of prerunning in on Friday, and felt prepared to tackle the . It was definitely a drivers course from the beginning, and we knew the track would be tough by the end of the first heat. We were able to pull off the win in 1600 in the morning heat by just over a minute to my buddy Mike Malloy( ). Mike drove an amazing race and set the pace early on. Unfortunately he had some issues on the last lap that allowed us to catch up. came out swinging! Setting the fast lap on lap 1, and made me push even harder on lap 2. He also had a couple issues that would allow us to get away from him, but is never quit, and locked up a solid 3rd place. It was cool for all 3 of us to sweep the podium since we have been building our race family and pitting together the last couple races. It was a clean sweep in 1600 for the Malloy-Hardin-Craig camp. Unfortunately the last picture explains how our day went with the 10 car. A flat on lap 1 that could only be driven on for about 2 miles before completely stopping the car. Cost us about 30 minutes and causing damage to the passenger side cv boot, and brake caliper. We pushed on as long as we could, but had to call it after lap 3 as the caliper bolts snapped off. Our Lackey fam rolls deep, and brought out some great people, new friends, and some new off road enthusiasts.
