Also, with the new water and sewer rates, you’d think we could build a working payment portal to pay the new rates. Any word on when online utility payments might be restored?

We have discussed several ways how the city’s actions speak louder than words. This post is not an exception.

In the neighborhood where “Crime Reduction Area. Unmarked Patrols Active” digital signage flashes, we have several damaged guardrails on both sides of the road.

Normal guardrails can hold many hidden dangers, but when several rails are damaged, risks to drivers increases. Should you happen to collide into these pre-damaged tools designed to keep you safe, your risk of rollover, vaulting, and impalement skyrocket.

I wonder why unmarked patrols didn’t notice the danger to the public sitting right beside their bumper. I even saw them drive by as I was taking these photos… 😞

I keep thinking 8th amendment.
I keep thinking about Article 1, Section 14 of the Wyoming constitution.
I wonder if they’ve ever put anybody else under violation of these laws.

I keep thinking about November, and unopposed races, and I wonder whose name I would write in those spaces. Does anybody have suggestions?
