One of the biggest takeaways from the “Preparing for Turn” webinar: utilities are often one of the hardest (and most overlooked) parts of the acquisition and Turn process.

Property teams are focused on getting units ready and residents moved in, and utilities aren’t always top of mind until there’s a problem. That’s why having a clear utility strategy from the beginning is critical to a successful Turn.
