Adaptiv is my go-to! It has helped me come off 5 medications for anxiety and depression! I diffuse it. I apply it to my neck, wrists and feet. I also take the Softgels each morning. It helps reduce my anxiety and helps me focus. It also helps with my depression.

Frankincense is like good in a bottle! It's great for the skin, pain relief, and cellular development and growth. Essential oils are messengers. Frankincense, a powerful oil, helps to open receptors in the brain allowing our bodies to utilize other oils more efficiently. It can be diffused, applied topically, and ingested. I like to put a drop of Frankincense on my tongue and hold it to the roof of my mouth for several seconds. It helps ground me and increases my focus. This is a staple in my oil use.
