A big addition to the C+A portfolio!

We’re happy to officially welcome Park Lee Apartments, a 523-unit community in Phoenix.

And the teamwork started from day one. During the takeover, our team jumped in together to complete open HVAC work orders and help get things moving at Park Lee. It was great to see everyone pitch in right from the start. We’re looking forward to working alongside this community.
