The FCC issued a new national security notice reminding companies of prohibited items including video surveillance equipment. Carr said the items could allow China to "surveil Americans, disrupt communications networks and otherwise threaten U.S. national security.

The items are banned equipment or unauthorized by the FCC, its chairman said.

Florida’s open-carry ban was struck down, so you may start seeing people openly carrying fi****ms.

Excelsior Team Remember: while the law now allows open carry, our clients can still set “no fi****ms” rules on their property. If a client has this policy, we enforce it politely and firmly.

Stay calm, follow procedure, and document any incidents. Safety and professionalism come first.
