We kick-off a content series focused on value creation for leaders, brands and businesses.

It is a follow-up to a 2017 research study we conducted with F500 brands. There is a lot of discussion around “services” we (agencies) provide for brands for internal and external growth. The ambition is to shift the conversation and focus on what we are doing to create value for client partners?

Value creation is the process of transforming resources, labor, and capital into outcomes that are worth more to customers than the cost of inputs, resulting in profit, stakeholder value and competitive advantage.

At Reframe. A different kind of growth agency, value creation has been our ambition for client partners since opening our doors in 2015.

Because a lot has changed in the industry, we are going to look back at what’s changed since publishing the 2017 State of the Total Market Industry Report.

The 2017 report was a first and innovative because it introduced a new industry vertical and a different lens because it reflected the total addressable and serviceable markets.

The assessment questions were not only focused on “general market or multicultural” value creation but total addressable market outcomes.

Within the report there is a methodology, an innovative assessment tool, findings and benchmarks for how brands were overcoming barriers across their strategy, structure, segments, systems and solutions for growth that reflected their total addressable serviceable market both externally and internally.

Here’s what’s different since the 2017 report, we now have evidence of value creation when accelerating both external and internal growth that reflects the total addressable and serviceable markets.

In a previous post I shared my intention, word and theme for the year is GROWTH.

What this means professionally is infusing this mindset into Reframe Consulting Services.

Using a tagline is a classic method used in advertising for simplifying the message and value a brand provides. This is our new tagline.

Reframe. A Different Kind of Growth Agency

After 10 years of being in service to brands and businesses, we asked them to describe in one word the value created as a result of working with Reframe Consulting Services. It was growth.

Meaning what made us different from other agencies and consulting firms, we helped them and the enterprise become hyper focused on growth and change that reflects the total addressable and serviceable markets.

Every year leaders have to strategically choose how they invest and deploy capital to accelerate growth from the outside (marketplace) and inside (workplace).

Using our growth and change approach, we help leaders achieve growth from the outside, in and inside, out.

Because of this we are introducing our first “tagline” that describes the end benefit when working with us. Growth Acceleration.

The sixth and final episode of The Change Podcast by Reframe is now live on YouTube.

If you’ve been tracking, listening or watching the season, the them for season one was about the making of the book, Reframe The Marketplace: The Total Market Approach To Reaching The New Majority.

It was a bit of revisionist history where I interviewed industry leaders, discussed the innovative approach, what it is and is not, and whether or not anything has changed.

For episode 6, it is a bit of a future forward discussion with someone who was at the table with me as I was conceiving the book idea, writing the book, publishing the book and also chose to enter the family business, the world of advertising and communications at FCB New York as a producer, my daughter Alston Bowman.
