I started Blue Lotus Creative back in 2007 because I kept meeting wonderful heart centered and mindful business owners who were doing great work, but whose online presence and websites did not reflect the mission, values and quality service that they offered. Some had no website at all. So many of them were a little embarrassed to even share it with me. And almost all of them said the same thing: “We will get to it when we can afford it.”

Here is the thing. We work with people at every budget, and we always will. This is how we’ve decided to do business. so we hope people find a path for their business that matches their budget.

And we’ve done contests in the past, but now we’ve got a new plan… once a quarter, we get to do something even better: give one Canadian small business a complete two to three page website, designed, written and built by our team, completely free.

Most small businesses don’t have a software problem. They have a duct tape problem.

13 browser tabs. 4 spreadsheets. A CRM nobody updates. A booking tool that doesn’t talk to the invoice tool that doesn’t talk to the email tool. A founder doing $40/hr admin work instead of focusing on what matters.

I got sick of watching it. So I built my way out.

Over the last year, I’ve built a fully integrated operating system for my own agency, Blue Lotus Creative. One login. One source of truth.
