At Bud’s Towing, no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing both our fleet and our customers’ vehicles and equipment, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills and work on a wide variety of makes, models, and equipment.

💰 What We Offer

✅ $20–$28/hour (based on experience)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

* Diagnose, maintain, and repair our fleet of tow trucks, service trucks, trailers, and equipment
* Perform repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, commercial trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
* Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
* Assist with shop operations and keep work areas clean and organized
* Learn new skills while working alongside an experienced team

✔️ Qualifications

* Automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment mechanical experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening due to government contracts
* Must obtain a Virginia State Safety Inspection License within 60 days of employment (we’ll help you get there if you’re not already licensed)

Auto Mechanic position available immediately at Bud's Automotive Services, Inc.

Bud's Automotive is a family owned and operated full line auto repair shop located in Bowling Green, VA. Individuals wishing to apply should have the following:

2 years of relevant experience
VA State Inspectors License
Have your own tools
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Have a willingness to handle tasks assigned
Have a willingness to learn new techniques, vehicles etc.
Knowledge of all makes and models, including diesel's is a plus
Ability to communicate well with customers
Knowledge of Snap On Shop Management system (will train)
