Restoration Technician
📍 Mount Airy, MD | Serving the surrounding areas
CNR Restoration is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Restoration Technician to join our family-owned and operated team!
If you have experience in water, mold, and fire restoration and enjoy helping homeowners during difficult times, we'd love to hear from you.
💲 Starting Pay: $20–$26 per hour (based on experience)
✅ What We're Looking For:
✔ Valid driver's license (required)
✔ Clean driving record (required)
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Professional attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Flexible schedule with availability for on-call emergencies (weekdays, weekends & holidays)
✔ IICRC Certification preferred but not required
✔ Construction experience is a plus
✔ Carpet knowledge is a plus (we do not perform carpet repair)
✔ Rebuild experience is a plus (we do not perform reconstruction)
