There have been so many moments building 3rd Wave when we’ve looked at each other and wondered if we were going to make it work. We’ve lost money, laid down dreams, started over, and questioned ourselves more times than we can count.

We couldn’t always see the opportunity while we were in the middle of the hurt. Sometimes, all we could do was trust God, learn what we could, and take the next step.

If you’re questioning your own “failures” right now, we hope our story helps you give yourself a little grace. A hard chapter doesn’t erase everything you’ve poured into your dream. You can carry those lessons into something beautiful, even if it looks different than you imagined.

The world will give you plenty of reasons to doubt yourself. Keep your heart open. Be willing to begin again. Take the leap with shaky hands if you have to.

We’re still learning, too. And we’re so grateful we kept going. 🤍

This is Kimball. ❤️

He’s been a regular since the very first week we opened the doors to our tasting room.

And he drives all the way from Palatka to see us. Sometimes once a week. Sometimes twice.

Not because he has to. Not because he happens to be passing through.

He comes to sit. To have a cup of coffee. To talk. To be part of this little community we’ve built.

And somewhere along the way, a regular became a friend.

That’s one of the things we love most about coffee. You never really know who you’re going to meet, what conversation will happen across the bar, or what unlikely friendship might grow from simply sharing a cup.

Some people come for the coffee and become part of the story.

Kimball is part of ours.
