‘Why does it take so long to hear back from employers?’ Did you know that it can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months to hear hear back on an application, with the average falling right around 3 months? There are a lot of reasons including number of applicants and how critical the role is to the business.

What can you do? Create an account if the application system allows so you can have some insight as to where you are in the process.
