"I am writing to express the great work completed by David for Caltronics Business Systems. David came to my office last week to assess our printer for issues of blue lines across the middle of the page. He had to obtain materials to make the fix, however, I noticed after he left that day the printer was dusted, cleaned, and the height was reset. Additionally, he did something that made the blue lines go away despite not having the appropriate materials. This all seems to be going above and beyond so I wanted to recognize his work. He returned to our office today with the needed materials and things are working great.

Also, there’s been good communication about arrival times and overall professionalism. Thanks to you all! It’s so helpful when these aspects of our day/week go smoothly since there are so many other things that may not!"
