We’re looking for someone who understands the restoration industry and can take ownership of the estimating process from initial inspection through scope development and project handoff.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Restoration estimating experience
✅ Strong knowledge and estimating experience in both mitigation and reconstruction projects
✅ Experience with Xactimate
✅ Ability to develop accurate scopes and estimates
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to work effectively with project managers, technicians, customers, and insurance professionals
