Meet the ultimate dream pony! Mayo combines the looks of a My Pony with real life usability. No fuss, no drama, and ready to help your child have the ideal equestrian experience. Whether your bucket list includes trail riding, hopping over jumps, or carriage driving; Mayo will do it in style.
Mayo has the perfect attitude to go with his size. He will stand tied for hours enjoying grooming, baths, or tacking up. Mayo has no agenda of his own and is responsive to his rider. He will greet you at the gate and follows along respectfully while leading. Absolutely zero bolt, spook, or rear. Mayo can be stalled and is very quiet in the barn. He has also been pasture kept in the past and falls right in the middle of the herd.
He has no known issues and is 100% sound. Mayo stands 13.2 hands and has enough substance to carry a smaller adult.
He has experienced life outside of the arena including road driving and after dark trail rides. Mayo remains calm and collected while and after jumping making him ideal for someone who needs a confidence boost. His trot is smooth and has a delightful canter that he picks up effortlessly. His driving resume is impressive, can be hitched by one person and has a solid walk, trot, canter in harness. Mayo will also carry a shank bit and rides well off of leg pressure.
This is the pony we all wish we would have had while growing up! If you want your child to have a positive horse experience don't delay!!

We purchased Krogs Smart Lewis AKA Dually, in the fall of his 3-year-old year. He is a sorrel Rabicano, with a little roan on his sides and lots of chrome. He has great papers with Highbrow cat on top and bottom, along with Dual Pep. He is a family and barn favorite. He has an amazing disposition with tons of personality. Before we purchased him, he was started as a futurity cow horse but was just not aggressive enough on cows. He was my first project horse. He is a great citizen and has been hauled and shown countless times. He stands to be tacked, stands tied to the trailer, excellent for farrier and dentist. Cross ties, ground ties, loads on a ramp or step-up trailers. Keeps a super clean stall. Loves to be groomed and bathed. Trail rides alone or in a group; never been buddy sour. He knows all the reining maneuvers, not super fast but very correct. Cute lead changes, great transitions, rocking-horse lope, has every trot gate from slow western pleasure to a nice moving ranch, posting or 2-point extended. Excels at Ranch Riding and obstacle trail, ranch rail. Has been heard roped off of. Exposed to cattle, done lots of cattle classes, still not aggressive on cattle. Has been desensitized to all things a teenage horse girl can throw at him. Has a nice neck rein, good stop, side pass over obstacles. Crosses logs and water. In your pocket more whoa than go. Very push type, Carried flags, tarps, rides ba****ck in a halter. Best personality in our barn; grunts and purrs while you're in his stall. Loves attention. Has been ridden English but never shown, has jumped cross rails. Has been shown in local ranch series, 4h, ranch jackpots. He would be a great horse for someone wanting to shown in the ranch classes and trail ride. He is kid safe, dog safe, quad and side by side safe, equipment safe Mule safe, can be ponied as well as ponies other he is the one you are looking for, make him your forever horse.

Atlas is that sweet, quiet horse in our barn who can be relied on for whatever you need... Trail riding, beginners mount, ponying horses, or just a leisurely ride down the road. He is a grade 3/4 Quarter horse / 1/4 draft cross standing 15 hands high. Atlas is well broke to ride both in the arena and on the outside. He has been ridden by younger kids and will do well for all levels of riders. In the arena he gracefully picks up both leads and has a nice walk, trot and canter. He does well with all of our obstacles and has been jumped on some lower jumps. In the woods, he willingly crosses creeks and logs. Atlas has also been ridden on busy state routes in traffic and remains unfazed. Overall he has a happy go lucky, relaxed temperament. We have also taken Atlas on a week long camping wagon train with a large group of horses and he did super! He stands patiently for bathing, shoeing and tacking and lowers his head to bridle. He has great barn manners and is an easy keeper. We have enjoyed having Atlas with us and know you will too! We would be happy to answer any questions you have if you reach out via text or call!

CSR Holly Guacamole “Blue” is an exceptional 2-year-old gelding raised by our family here in South Carolina. We are proud to say that we know this horse as well as anyone could- and his pedigree has a deep, meaningful history with both our family and our farm.
Blue is out of one of our favorite broodmares, Blue Guacamole, an NRHA money earner. Chris Roux and Blue Guacamole earned 3rd place at the Southeast Reining Horse Futurity, along with a pile of AQHA points in reining, cow horse, and ranch riding. Chris also trained her dam and showed her grandsire. Blue’s top side carries just as much history with Roux Reining Horses. The late Steady Smoking Guns was an important part of our breeding and training program and left a lasting impact on our horses. It is rare to find a horse whose pedigree is so personally known and meaningful to the people who bred and raised him. Blue represents four generations on his dam’s side and three generations on his sire’s side that have been ridden by Chris Roux. The horses that make up Blue’s pedigree are not simply names on paper—we have personally known and worked with them. We can speak firsthand to their good minds, trainability, athleticism, and soundness. For us, Blue is more than a talented young horse with a great pedigree. He is a continuation of generations of horses that have been an important part of our family, our program, and our history.
Blue is the kind of horse who will get noticed in the show pen!! His striking looks alone make him stand out in a crowd, but his A+ movement, athleticism, and all-business personality take him from “great” to "exceptional"—and possibly even "once-in-a-lifetime".
We believe strongly in this gelding and are excited to see him succeed in a show-focused home.
Blue’s 2-year-old year has followed a thoughtful, age-appropriate program. He had 60 days of riding from January through February, was turned back out from March through April, and has been ridden consistently since May. Like all of the 2-year-olds here at Roux Reining Horses, Blue enjoyed plenty of trail experience before transitioning into the arena. He is comfortable going through water and has experience moving cattle in the field. He has good ground manners and no bad habits. Blue is well-behaved in the stall and easy to get along with in the pasture, where he does well with his herd.
Blue is the gelding for someone looking for a horse who travels correctly, is a little less “in your pocket” and a lot more “all business,” and has the athleticism and presence to wow the judges in the show pen.
If you’re looking for a young gelding with the movement, athleticism, looks, and mindset to develop into a serious show horse, Blue is your guy.
Blue is current on vaccinations, farrier work, and dentistry. He sells guaranteed sound.
Please note: Blue has an overbite. Pictures or video are available upon request.
