✨ We’re Hiring — Remote Part-Time Program Administrator! ✨
L and D Wellness & Counseling Center Inc. is growing into a full group practice, and we’re looking for a high-performing, detail-driven, and dependable Program Administrator to support our clinical team.
This is NOT a “basic admin” role. This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, confident, and experienced with administrative operations.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing onboarding for new clinicians
• Tracking forms, licenses, training logs, and credentialing progress
• Supporting our clinicians with SimplePractice tasks
• Managing client intake issues and portal troubleshooting
• Organizing documents, schedules, and communication across the practice
• Maintaining accuracy, timelines, and HIPAA compliance
You need to bring:
✔ Strong administrative experience (healthcare or mental health preferred)
✔ Reliability + excellent follow-through
✔ Strong communication and writing skills
✔ Tech confidence (Google Workspace + willingness to learn SimplePractice)
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote setting
✔ High level of professionalism and discretion
