The super easy, blend-and-bake recipe means you can whip
up a batch in no time. To any picnic platter , these deliciously moreish crackers are perfect with cheese and add a little macadamia magic
-Ingredients-
¼ cup wholemeal flour
¼ cup oats
½ cup macadamias
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons water

Nuts are pricey, which means you might be tempted to buy in bulk, but you’ll never get through 8 pounds of macadamia nuts before they go bad.
Instead, get what you’ll eat in the near future and store it in an airtight container in the freezer. You can know when it rancid by taste it: Bad nuts have an off, sorta chemically flavor you definitely don’t want contaminating your cookie dough or grain salad.
