Lately I’ve been having conversations that all seem to circle the same idea.

People sensing that something in their life is shifting…
but not always having the words for it yet.

And I get that.

Because sometimes the feeling shows up before the language does.

Before the clarity.
Before the “next step.”

I’ve been spending time with that space—not rushing it, just listening to what’s underneath it.

And I can feel something starting to take shape from it.

Not fully formed yet… but definitely there.

I think there’s something meaningful in that.

I’m starting to wonder if we’ve been taught to misunderstand certain moments in our lives.

When something no longer fits, the instinct is often to fix it… or fix ourselves.

But what if it’s not something to fix?

What if it’s just a sign that something within us has changed?

That the way we once moved through the world made sense then…
but there’s a different way asking to emerge now.

That doesn’t always come with clarity right away.

Sometimes it just starts as a subtle shift in how things feel.

I’ve been learning to trust that a little more.

There’s a kind of space that doesn’t get named very often.

It’s not the beginning of something new.
And it’s not quite the end of what was.

It’s just… the in-between.

Where things feel a little heavier than they used to, even if nothing is obviously wrong.

Where you can still carry it—but something in you is getting quieter, or maybe more honest.

I think this might be one of the most important spaces we move through.

Even if it’s uncomfortable.

Even if it doesn’t have clear language yet.

Have you ever found yourself there?

I’m only part way through Tao of Leadership, but I came across this passage today and it stopped me in my tracks!

“To know myself takes wisdom.”

I think there are seasons where we become very skilled at carrying things, managing things, navigating things…

and then eventually life asks something quieter of us.

Not more force.
Not more performance.

Just honesty.

About who we are now.
About what no longer fits.
About what we’re still carrying.

I’ve been sitting with that a lot lately.

What’s a book that seemed to arrive at exactly the right moment in your life?

I’ve been sitting with something lately.

That quiet moment when you realize… something that used to fit you doesn’t anymore.

Not in a dramatic way.
Not in a “burn it all down” kind of way.

Just a soft knowing.

Like trying to wear something familiar and realizing it doesn’t sit the same on you now.

I think those moments matter more than we give them credit for.

Have you ever felt that—where something didn’t feel wrong, just no longer yours?

I’ve been noticing it more in myself lately.

Sometimes we keep carrying roles long after they stop being ours.

Have you ever noticed a responsibility that stayed with you even after the season changed?

Launch Day Thoughts:

Well, this is a jam-packed month if I’ve ever had one.

Not only is today 11/11 — a day I tend to treat as a personal holiday of sorts — but it also happens to be the national holiday honoring veterans. For me, though, it holds a slightly different significance: it’s a day of self-reflection.

I mean, I do have that number tattooed on my leg — though not in date format — it’s written in numerology, because my name literally breaks down to 22:11:11. So for me, it carries a lot of family meaning. The master number 11 also shares the same energetic resonance as my last name.

And that’s where it starts to get fun — playing with the numbers. Because today, 11.11.25, happens to match the resonance of my chosen name. And then add in that today marks the launch of my third book — the third time I’ve had the honor of collaborating with a group of authors on a single theme of self-exploration. Now that’s some magic.

And it doesn’t even stop there. It also happens to coincide with the same month that I’m taking my NLP Coaching Certification with none other than and the WILD Success Series! Talk about divine timing.

After 13 years exploring a variety of modalities, integrating the NLP model — especially through Calvin’s teachings — will really weave together all my education, knowledge, and experience. It’s giving me the opportunity to give back in even deeper ways, and I’m truly excited for this next stage on my path.

If you’d like to take part in today’s launch of my third book, Going Within to Heal, you can follow the link below to download a free Kindle copy this week only for launch week!

And if you’re looking for signed copies or audio readings by the authors — that’s me! — they’ll be available on my website later this week.

Thank you all so much for your support…
Now, back to finishing the memoir.
