There is a Town Hall Meeting tomorrow, January 9, 2024 at 1:30pm in the Clubhouse.

We will be discussing the Water Project, hurricane repair status, and more! We hope to see you there.

If you cannot attend in person, you can watch on channel 195 or connect via Zoom.

This is a reminder that the Board of Directors set a deadline for hurricane repairs to be completed by December 1, 2023. We understand that there may be homes that need more time. If you need an extension, please contact the office.

Also, if you had a tarp on your home after Hurricane Ian, it is probably gone now. Most of them have deteriorated from the sun and anything that was left, Hurricane Idalia blew off. I want to make sure everyone is aware so that you can have someone check on your home to prevent any additional damage.

The water is back on to everyone in the park. There will be a boil water notice for 24 hours. Everyone in the park must boil water until July 15, 2023 at 2pm.

Please turn in your Proxy vote and your Ballot prior to the Annual Shareholder's Meeting on March 24, 2023. The Proxy form is important so that we can be sure we have a Quorum for the meeting. Your Proxyholder cannot change your vote and you may still attend the meeting in person.

A precautionary boil water has been issued for all customers of the Englewood Water District. This includes Japanese Gardens. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. We will send another update when we hear more from Englewood Water.

Please do not put any hazardous waste in any dumpster that we have on property. We are working with Waste Management to schedule a hazardous waste pick up.
