🔥🚨 TASK QUEENS FIELD REPORT:
FLORIDA EDITION 🚨🔥

Today’s forecast: 97° feels like 147°, 98% humidity, and a 100% chance of poor life choices.

While normal people were inside enjoying air conditioning and making sensible decisions, Task Queen A was on the roof cleaning gutters, doing a full interpretive dance routine, and questioning every decision that led her to this exact moment in life.

Meanwhile, Task Queen B was laughing so hard she was absolutely no help whatsoever because she was busy trying to locate Task Queen A’s shoes, which had apparently disappeared into another dimension.

At one point, we considered safety protocols.

Then we remembered we work best barefoot. 🤷🏼‍♀️👑

Nothing says “professional gutter cleaning service” quite like:

✔️ Bare feet on a scorching roof
✔️ Sweat in places sweat should never exist
✔️ One queen performing the Florida Roof Jig
✔️ The other laughing hysterically while conducting a full-scale missing shoe investigation
✔️ Both wondering if today, of all days, was really the day we chose to be on a roof in 90+ degree Florida heat

The gutters were full.

The sun was aggressive.

The roof was approximately the temperature of the surface of Mercury.

And every five minutes, echoing from the rooftop across the neighborhood:

“F*, that was hot!”** 🔥☀️😂

But did we quit?

Absolutely not.

We simply drank water, carried on full conversations with ourselves about why we thought this was a good idea, laughed at each other’s suffering, periodically yelled “F*, that was hot!”** to absolutely no one in particular, and continued making this neighborhood sparkle one gutter at a time.

Because around here, we don’t just clean gutters.

👑 Two Graduations. One Proud Task Queens Family. 🎓❤️✨

Two graduations.
Two incredible souls.
One very proud Task Queens family. 👑❤️

Task Queens took a little break from cleaning houses, hauling chaos, organizing lives, and saving everybody’s last-minute emergencies… to go support TWO incredible graduates that we love with our whole hearts. 👑❤️🎓

Last week we packed our bags, hit the road, cried approximately 47 times, took 9,000 photos, and proudly showed up for Jackson — nephew of Task Queen A — and Kaylee — daughter of Task Queen B.

And let us just say this…

HOW are these kids already graduating?! We were literally just making snacks, solving life crises, saying “be careful,” and pretending we knew what we were doing as adults ourselves 😂

Watching these two walk across that stage was one of those full-circle moments that hits you right in the soul. Different paths. Different stories. Same beautiful outcome — two genuinely amazing humans ready to take on the world.

Jackson, you are kind, smart, driven, and have the type of energy people naturally gravitate toward. You’re going to go far in life because your heart is just as strong as your ambition.

Kaylee, watching you grow into the woman you are today has been one of the greatest gifts. Your heart, your purity, your strength, your light… it radiates. You have this quiet power about you that is going to impact more people than you even realize.

And can we all just acknowledge something real quick… 😂

If these two teamed up together someday, Mom and Auntie would 1000% approve and probably already be planning matching family cookouts, holiday pajamas, and future graduation photos for the grandkids 😂😂😂

Like come on everyone… look at them. We can’t be the only ones thinking they’d absolutely dominate life together lol.

But jokes aside — this is what Task Queens has always been about. Family. Community. Showing up. Supporting each other. Celebrating the wins together. Behind every business, every long workday, every exhausted moment… is love. This right here is the WHY behind everything we do.

👑 MOMS: THE REAL BACKBONE OF SOCIETY 👑

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY to all the moms out there holding the whole world together with iced coffee, mental breakdowns, and pure unhinged determination. 💅👑

To the moms that cook dinner while answering 47 questions…
To the moms cleaning the house while everyone magically forgets how trash cans work…
To the moms running businesses, raising babies, handling animals, fixing problems, paying bills, carrying emotions, and STILL somehow remembering where everybody’s missing shoes are…

Y’all are the real CEOs.

Meanwhile some people out here say they’re “tired” because they answered two emails and went to Publix once. 😂

Moms?
Moms are out here surviving on no sleep, reheated coffee, stress, chaos, and the Lord’s strength.

And let’s be honest…
Half these husbands and kids would be out here living like raccoons behind a gas station if moms disappeared for 48 hours. 🤷🏻‍♀️💀

Today we celebrate the women that make the impossible look normal every single day.

The moms who still show up when they’re exhausted.

👑 TASK QUEENS: LIMITED SERVICES EDITION 👙🌴🧹

People think we just clean houses… 😂
Meanwhile Task Queens is out here in bikinis, sweating in the Florida heat, cleaning pool filters stuffed with enough leaves and shrub clippings to build a second ecosystem. 🌿💀

One minute we’re landscaping.
Next minute we’re hauling giant sinks through Lowe’s like Olympic athletes with a caffeine addiction.
Then suddenly we’re refurbishing vintage chair cushions, repainting furniture, organizing supplies, returning packages, mulching hedges, wrangling dogs, and somehow becoming professional chaos coordinators covered in dirt and pine bark. 🤣

At this point our job description is basically:
“Call the Queens… they’ll figure it out.” 👑

And honestly?
That’s what happens when clients stop being “clients” and start becoming family.

Over the past year, we’ve had weekly clients who trust us with EVERYTHING. Not just the cleaning… but the chaos, the projects, the errands, the “hey while you’re here…” moments that somehow turn into an entire HGTV episode by 2pm. 😂

Pool filter clogged?
We got it.

Shrubs looking feral?
Handled.

Need something returned to Lowe’s because your husband bought the wrong size AGAIN?
We ride at dawn. 🫡

Chair looking like it survived the Titanic?
Give us paint and 48 hours.

Meanwhile the dogs are supervising payroll from the couch while we’re outside looking like hot landscaping pirates fighting for our lives in 97-degree humidity. ☀️🤣

But truthfully…

I’m not even gonna lie…
Some of y’all’s yards look like they’ve been THROUGH IT. 😭

Like…
Grass? In a situationship.
Weeds? Fully committed and won’t leave.
Bushes? Acting single, wild, and unsupervised.

And there’s always that ONE random plant in the corner living its BEST life like:
“I don’t know what y’all got going on, but I’m gonna flourish.” 💀

Almost a year ago… this was just an idea.

🎨 “It’s Just a Quick Paint Job” Famous Last Words 🎨

Client: “It should be easy.”

Task Queen A: “Yeah this’ll be quick.” 😌Me 10 minutes later:On a ladder 8 feet in the air…One foot stable, one foot questioning life…Holding tape like it’s the only thing keeping my sanity together 😭

Task Queen B: On the ground like, “Don’t fall… but if you do, I’m still finishing this edge first” 💀

WHY does painting turn into:– Trust exercises with gravity– A personality test with tape– And a full mental breakdown over ONE uneven line

Because tell me WHY…You fix one spot… and suddenly 6 more spots appear like they’re multiplying 😩

And Task Queen B in the background like:“Don’t worry, I see it… I’m just pretending I don’t for your mental health” 😭

And let’s talk about this room before: Looking like it had a meeting scheduled at 9am and depression at 9:15

Now??? We said:✨ clean✨ crisp✨ peaceful✨ “don’t even breathe too hard near these walls” vibes

Task Queen B: Somehow got paint on my arm… my leg… my hair… and emotionally?? my soul

But did we quit? NO.

Because Task Queens we don’t do “good enough” We do: “did a perfectionist with trust issues do this?”

End result: Room got a glow up. Walls got a personality and we gained 3 new trust issues with ceilings
