To be more accurate, "such an enigmatic flourish of magical wordscapes and mystical word journeys, pinnacled by the colorful rush of adverbial and adjectival garbagio aimed at precipitous marketing and fantastical journeys (yes, we are using that word again), and yahhh dah da da da daaahhh dah da da dahh DAHHHHHH...." Just stop with it. Please.

How do you think about your small business? Are you only focused on your product/service and sales, or are you taking a more complete approach? Take an assessment of your company's 3Ps--People, Process and Product.

Do you have the right people working for you? Are you training, managing and leading them the right way? Are you in tune with your customers and their expectations? Are you communicating with them?

What is your process? Do you even have a standardized process for conducting business in your industry? Is it effective? Streamlined? Tracked? Can it improve?

What product (or service--a product does not have to be tangible) are you providing? Why is it valuable? No matter how good your product is today, will it remain relevant tomorrow and in the future? If not, can it evolve?
