Scope included all counter cabinets, installation of solid surfaces, doors/frames/hardware, bathroom accessories, and wainscoting throughout the front of the house. One of the many projects in progress from VA to SC by Millennium Properties and Construction. First of 8 apartment building roofs completed in one day...tear off, replaced 8 sheets of rotten plywood, installed new synthetic underlayment, architectural shingles, drip edge, step flashing and ridge vent. 💪

Came across this photo tonight of James and I. This was the first picture taken of us after starting Millennium Properties and Construction, LLC almost 3 years ago. I love this picture, not only because it reminds me of the beginning and where we started, but also captures the bond between us. We’ve been through a lot together, from being a groomsman in my wedding to working side by side together for over a decade, and I couldn’t ask for a better right hand man. I remember asking James if he’d be willing to take a leap of faith with me and start a construction company...I told him...“we’ll make it work!”...and without hesitation, he was on board and we haven’t looked back. The laughter continues, and the friendship grows stronger. My man! It’s only been 3 years bud...the sky is the limit!

Got our house painted this week while I was working outta town in Raleigh and Charlotte...before and after pics...almost ready for the “FOR SALE” sign. House is completed renovated. Interior photos to come. If you know of anyone in the market to buy in Thalia/Birchwood area, this house will be on the market next month. @ Virginia Beach, Virginia
