Hard to believe it has been twenty years already. I was working at Verizon in the DC area when it all happened. It was like nothing I had ever experienced in my lifetime. I will never forget those who perished and those who worked tirelessly to try and rescue survivors. I remember 9/11/2001. It puts into perspective what is truly important in life. Freedom has always come at a cost.
