Virginia’s new Evoke platform (launched March 2026) makes it easier than ever for charities to file required solicitations registration online.
If you solicit donations in VA (and aren’t exempt), you must register. Stay current—many grantmakers require good standing with VDACS before funding.

Register for charitable solicitation in Virginia, search the VDACS charitable organization database, and access forms, laws, and FAQs from the Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs.
