Meet Ryan O’Rourke and his family of Ironclad Coffee Roasters, with three locations across Virginia, including Richmond’s Shockoe Bottom and Lynchburg.

Ryan has boldly stood for his faith in the marketplace, even when that stand has come with a cost. His story reminds us of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace. They refused to compromise, and they were not alone in the fire.

His testimony is a reminder that Christian business leaders need one another. We can pray, encourage, refer, and intentionally do business with each other.
