The Chinese dragon has long been an auspicious symbol of great and benevolent, magical power. This restaurant is filled with Chinese ancient mythology and artifacts, it’s not only incredible food, it’s an experience that takes you to a spiritual and magical place. And for this project, Iconik and its team pulled out a little magic of our own. Right on the Jamul Casino Floor producing some of the most incredible Chinese dishes, this project was completed in two phases in order to minimize the restaurants down time to less than a week. Unbelievable achievement no other contractor even fathomed of pulling off.

The grandfather of the owner of Iconik was a crane operator. Had he been alive to see 4 flatbeds full of counterweights arrive for this reach, he woulda been proud. Quite an achievement in engineering. Many thought it could only be done by helicopter.

Easily one of the coolest locations in San Diego. We worked hard on this one. Covid caused it to sit un-leased for a while, but a lucky group of pizza pros finally picked it up! It was pizza in the 70’s it’s pizza now. It’s a coastal Icon + 5000, if you will.
