I'm excited to share that Rural Way Promotions received a First Dollar of Profit recognition from the Dawson, MN Area Chamber of Commerce 🤎

While I may not be from Dawson originally, it's been fun getting to know the community, learning about the businesses that make it special, and seeing it from a fresh perspective.

One of the things I love about being a business owner is getting to know the people and businesses that make a community what it is. I'm looking forward to continuing to build relationships in Dawson, learning from those around me, and finding ways to support the people who make this community special.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Dawson business community and look forward to building more relationships along the way!

It's been a while since I've caught up with everyone here, and with the second half of 2026 already underway, it feels like the perfect time to reintroduce myself.

Hi! I'm Hannah Robertson (formerly Nelson), the owner and creative behind Rural Way Promotions.

Four years ago, I started Rural Way with a simple vision: combine my love for creativity with my roots in production agriculture to help rural businesses market themselves in a way that feels authentic, intentional, and true to who they are. At the time, there weren't many marketing agencies that truly understood rural America, and I wanted to change that.

My approach has never been about chasing every trend or trying to "beat the algorithm." It's about building brands that people remember, creating clear messaging, and helping businesses show up consistently with purpose. Because good marketing shouldn't feel overwhelming, it should feel like a plan.

Whether you're a feed store looking to better showcase your products, a rancher selling beef direct to consumers, or a small-town business owner serving your local community, my goal is the same: to help tell your story in a way that connects with the people you want to reach.
