Laleen Datt’s presentation highlighted learning your strengths and weaknesses to better care for and understand your clients/residents/patients better, while emphasizing the beauty of diversity in care. One of the most meaningful takeaways was the importance of encouraging individuals to do as much as they can for themselves, while also understanding cultural differences to better support and serve each person with dignity, compassion, and respect.

I had an amazing time at the healthcare networking night hosted by Care 1 Home Health and Zion health and wellness center.

Met so many wonderful people. Had amazing food at who also owns the Care 1 Home Health. Getting a personal invitation and asked to sing karaoke was the highlight of the week for me.

Networking and learning how we can help each other by referring one others companies to clients that we help in our communities, not only help the companies we work with, but also our clients.

To get the best care and knowledge that’s out there. I love being able to be a resource for others.
