The successful founder, owner and operator of Software Unlimited, she has 15 years of experience in private business. After the successful sale of the company, Sandy worked for 10 years in workforce development, founding, developing and managing the Lowcountry Workforce Investment Area. In recognition of her work, she was named 2007 Administrator of the year by the International Association of Workforce Professionals. Since 2009, she has served as Economic Development Director for a county EDO where she excelled at industrial product development, recruiting new industries and supporting existing industries both in the county and throughout the region. Chapel Hill's Basic Economic Development program, the University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute (EDI) and is a South Carolina Certified Economic Developer (SCCED).
