LMJ Strategy

LMJ Strategy I help small business owners get organized and create better flow in their business. Often it’s not about doing more.

It’s about putting the right structure in place so things don’t keep falling through the cracks.

I’m hosting a free in-person workshop this Thursday in Warrenton called Reactive to Proactive.

This workshop is for small business owners who feel like they’re constantly putting out fires, juggling too much, or working hard without feeling like things are actually getting easier. We’ll be talking through simple ways to create more structure in the day-to-day so your business can feel less reactive and more intentional.

Thursday, March 26
10:00 AM
WorkHub, 70 Main Street, Warrenton

There are currently 4 spaces left. Registration is required!

You can find all the details and register here:

I spent this morning with LeadShare at Red Truck Bakery in Marshall for their monthly field trip, and it was such a fun way to spend the morning! This was my first one, and I’m really glad I got to be there 💕

A big thank you to Red Truck for having us! They were a great host, and it was such a treat to spend time in their space.

One of the things I really appreciate about this group is how genuinely supportive it is. There’s a real sense that we’re all here to grow together, cheer each other on, and build relationships that actually matter. It’s not about keeping score or worrying about who referred who this week. It’s about being in a room with people who want to see each other do well, and that kind of community is special.

Since it was a teacher workday, my youngest came with me and was willing to give photography a try so I could stay focused on the group. She grabbed some photos for me this morning, along with a few detail shots around the bakery, and I think she did a great job 🥰

If there is one thing I see week over week, and month over month, it is the constant need to put out fires and hustle without feeling like anything has actually been done.

Hours are spent on tasks, but your business is not growing. The backlog keeps getting longer, and eventually, this leads to burnout.

Would you believe me if I told you that many of these issues can be cleared up with small changes that make a major impact?

I swear, it is true!

The way you handle incoming leads, how you prioritize your tasks, and how clients move from start to finish are just a few of the things I will be going over in my workshop in ONE WEEK.

We will help you identify areas of friction and find practical ways to create solutions.

Registration is required, and space is limited, so be sure to sign up soon.

A lot of days probably feel like putting out fires. You open your email or your messages and your day is already decided for you.

I went to my first Women’s Business Council luncheon today with Pamela Sams as the speaker, and I’m really grateful for the experience 💕

One of the things she touched on was how many women haven’t had strong female mentors as they’ve grown in their careers. It made me realize how different my experience has been.

I grew up watching my mom build a business alongside my dad from the ground up. As an equal, and in a lot of ways leading. That was just normal to me. Having her as an example and someone I could learn from.

Now I’m surrounded by incredible women in so many different industries and leadership roles. A lot of those relationships started through networking and have quickly turned into real friendships 🥰

I’ve always felt fortunate, but I don’t think I fully understood just how rare that kind of experience is.

I’m really grateful for today and for the women I get to be in rooms with!
