Working 6 days a week and 9 hours daily

*Candidate’s Requirements:* Excellent in Communications, connection in the construction industry & lead generation.
Reporting to Director
*Responsibilities:*
• Candidate should be from building construction material industry.
• Should have good contact with the Builders, Purchase Head & Architects.
• Need to have strong data base of builders where we can introduce our product.
• Candidate should have strong history in sales, Superior analytical skills, Understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills.
• Should have a consultative sales approach, Good presentation skills.
• New leads should be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
• Meet sales revenue targets. Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
• Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
*Skills:*
• Communications skills and Fluency in English
• Presentation skills, Leadership skills & Negotiation skills
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, convince & sell
• Lead generation
• Analytical skills
*Experience:* 6 years and above specifically in construction industry
*Qualification:* Any Graduate
