The women before us opened doors—now, we’re building entire rooms.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the women who have shaped my journey—mentors, friends, and fierce leaders who showed me what’s possible.

But more than that, I think about the legacy we’re building right now.

Women before us fought for seats at the table. We’re building our own tables.
They broke barriers.

We’re making sure they never get rebuilt.

Running a business, leading a team, and scaling isn’t just about numbers—it’s about creating something that outlives us.

Something that creates impact, freedom, and change.

So as March ends, let’s carry this momentum forward. Let’s not just celebrate history—let’s continue making it.

💡 Who’s a woman that has inspired your journey?

Tag them and share why they mean so much to you.

I used to wear all the hats in my business—until I realized that being “busy” wasn’t the same as being productive.

Growth wasn’t about doing more; it was about trusting more.

When I finally started delegating and aligning my team’s strengths with my vision, everything changed. Decisions became easier, workflow became smoother, and I got my time back.

🔥 The real flex? A business that runs without you in the weeds.
Are you still doing things someone else on your team could (and should) handle?

Let’s talk about shifting you into true CEO mode. 💼

5 Things I’ve Learned, Helping CEOs Scale Their Business… (so you don’t have to learn the hard way 🙃)

When I first started growing, I thought more hours meant more results. I thought my first hire would be the hire. I thought I could do it all without burning out.

I was wrong.

Scaling isn’t just about doing more—it’s about doing the right things with the right people while protecting your energy and vision.

If I could go back, these are the five lessons I’d remind myself daily. Which one hit home for you? Or do you have a lesson of your own?

Drop it below—I’d⬇️ love to hear!

Signs You Need a Fractional COO (Even If You Didn’t Know What That Was Until Now)

Let’s break it down:

Let’s be real—growth is exciting, but running a fast-scaling business without the right infrastructure? That’s chaos.

A COO is the strategic right hand who makes sure your business runs smoothly behind the scenes—handling the systems, team, and operations so you can focus on leading, scaling, and vision-casting.

So, how do you know if you need one?

🚩 You’re growing fast, but your systems aren’t keeping up. (Too many moving pieces, not enough structure.)
🚩 You’re still in the weeds. (Even with a team, everything runs through you.)
🚩 Your business feels messy behind the scenes. (Operations? What operations?)
🚩 You’re ready to scale, but your business isn’t. (And you’re not sure where to start.)

I get it—handing over the reins is hard. But a Fractional COO isn’t here to take over your business.

I’m here to help you run it better so you can finally focus on what you do best.

So, tell me—what’s one thing in your business that’s driving you crazy right now?

Send me a DM.... I’m all ears.

What is a COO—and Why Might Your Business Need One?

Let’s be real—COO sounds fancy, but what does it actually mean for your business?

A COO (Chief Operating Officer) is the person who makes sure the day-to-day operations of your business run smoothly so you, the CEO, can focus on the big picture—like growth, strategy, and, let’s be honest, finally taking a vacation without your laptop.

But here’s the thing:
Not every business needs a full-time COO.

That’s where a Fractional COO comes in—someone who steps in part-time to partner with you and be your second in command as you build systems, manage your team, and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.

So, why might you need one?
If your business is growing fast, but it feels like things are held together with duct tape and hope…
If you’re spending more time putting out fires than focusing on growth…
If you have a team, but you’re still the one making every decision…

A Fractional COO is there to take things off your plate, build the structure your business needs, and make sure your growth doesn’t come with chaos.

Have you ever thought, “I wish someone could just handle this so I don’t have to”?
That’s exactly what a COO does.

What’s one thing you’d hand off right now if you could? 👇🏾

The CEO Mindset Shift That Changes Everything

If you weren’t so involved in the day-to-day, what would you finally have time to do?

Too many women CEOs are stuck in a business they built—but can’t step away from.

I know what that feels like:
Feeling like everything depends on you
A team that needs you more than you expected
A never-ending list of decisions that only you can make

But what if it didn’t have to be that way?

What if your next level wasn’t about doing more—but about setting things up so you could do less?

This is exactly what I’m covering in my upcoming workshop:
Expansion Without Exhaustion: 3 Key Strategies for Women CEOs to Grow Without Overwhelm

And tell me—if you had an extra 10 hours a week, what would you finally make time for?

Growing and Scaling should feel like freedom, not exhaustion.

But for so many women CEOs, growth comes with:
Decision fatigue from being involved in every part of the business
A team that still relies on them for too much
A business model that demands more instead of giving them more

I’ve been there.

There was a time when I thought hiring more, doing more, and pushing harder was the answer.

But all it did was keep me trapped in the weeds, overwhelmed by a business that was growing—but not in a way that allowed me to breathe.

I learned the hard way that real CEO growth requires shifts—not just strategy.

This is exactly why I’m hosting Expansion Without Exhaustion: The 3 Shifts Women CEOs Need for Growth.

In this session, I’ll show you:
How to remove yourself from the day-to-day without losing control
The biggest mindset shift that allows your business to scale with or without you
The systems and team shifts that make delegation seamless

If you’re ready to grow without sacrificing your time, peace, or sanity, join me.

For a long time, I thought hard work alone would lead to success. But I learned the hard way that hustle without alignment leads to burnout, not breakthroughs.

When I finally started placing the right people in the right roles, everything shifted. My business ran smoother, my team thrived, and I could actually focus on leading—not just managing.

If you’re feeling stuck, ask yourself: Are your team members working in their zone of genius—or just filling a role?

Breaking Barriers: Women Who Inspire Business Growth

From Oprah to Sara Blakely, women have shattered glass ceilings, proving that success isn’t about permission—it’s about ex*****on.

But let’s get real for a second…
I know firsthand what it’s like to build something from the ground up. The late nights, the endless decisions, the feeling that if you don’t do it, it won’t get done right. I’ve been there.

But here’s the truth: Growth doesn’t happen by grinding harder. It happens when you stop running your business like a solo act and start leading like a CEO.

One of the biggest barriers I had to break? Letting go of control and trusting my team to rise. It wasn’t easy, but it was the shift that took my business from “just working” to actually thriving.

What’s one barrier you’ve broken in your business? Drop it below—I want to celebrate your wins! 👇✨
