As a meeting & event planner, I’ve been invited to visit some amazing properties, some in my very own backyard. I recently visited the Riggs Washington DC in the heart of downtown DC. It previously served as an actual bank that has been converted into a hotel. Best of all, the bank vault is now a lounge at the property. How cool? Check it out when you have a chance and try the “Riggs Spritz” at Cafe Riggs! So good!

Serving is the key to so many doors being opened for me. Every mentor relationship I’ve been blessed to experience came as a result of me serving and helping execute their vision. I did so many unpaid internships because I’ve NEVER chased money...I’ve always chased what I was passionate about. Invaluable lessons have been learned by me serving and sitting at the feet of those I looked up to. So grateful for all the mentors who’ve poured into my life.
